Important changes to service provision during the Corona-virus COVID-19 outbreak.

To new and existing clients,
Due to the current situation we are making changes in the way that we offer our counselling and psychotherapy support.
We are working to minimise the impact of a significant Corona-virus COVID-19 outbreak at “Find a voice…” Counselling & Psychotherapy and would like to keep all our clients informed of the steps we need to take to avoid coming into contact with the virus. This will help us keep “Find a voice…” open for our clients who depend on our counselling services and may need our continued support.
With this in mind, I have taken the difficult decision to temporarily cease all face to face appointments at the Therapy Collective for " Find a voice..." Counselling & Psychotherapy.
In order to maintain support for all our clients, we are offering on-line video link and telephone sessions.
50 min session £50 Concessions available.
New clients will be offered the existing offer of a 30-min free initial session via video link or telephone.
Existing clients will be offered a free 10-min session via video link or telephone to aid transition.
Clients with regular pre-booked sessions will still be able to access their therapy at the agreed time but through either on-line or telephone counselling.
I realise this may cause a certain level of anxiety amongst some of our existing clients and it is extremely important to us here at " Find a voice..." to maintain a compassionate level of care to you all.
In offering a free 10-minute session via video link or telephone we hope to help you through this transition as smoothly as possible and give you an opportunity to let us know how you feel about these changes and how you would like to move forward. Your feedback is important to us!
It has been my experience already with current clients, that the feedback has been positive, with clients wishing to continue their therapy through these difficult times. However, we understand that this may not be the case for all.
